Nigeria’s Minister of art, culture and creative economy, Hannatu Musawa has commiserated with the people of Musawa, Matazu and Katsina people in general over the recent killings by bandits in Matazu/Musawa as well as other communities in Katsina state.
Hon. Zaharaddeen Babba Mazoji who is also from the same constituency wirh Minister Hannatu Musawa appreciate the visitation which he said is among the legacy of her father’s attitude.
Mazoji reassured the people of Musawa and Matazu the Minsters determination and commitment to the successful prosecution of the war on terror in the area, as well as Katsina state and Nigeria in general.
Mazoji also commended the Minister for her ongoing efforts to meet with families and relatives of the victims of banditry who happens to kill dozens of innocent people in the two areas and neighboring communities.
“Indeed Hannatu Musawa’s efforts are commendable and is on the right step in the desired direction.
“As a patriotic woman, she is out of country when the bandict made a series of attacks on Musawa, Matazu and Neighboring community, but immediately she returned back to the country she comes directly to her home town to comnesrate with people, this is a wonderful job and we are very happy with this gesture.
“We appreciate Musawa for her courageous element, where she used the opportunity to condole everybody anywhere on her way she come across with women’s in the town she used to stop, chat and even exchanged pleasantries to sisters and elders.”
Babba Mazoji assured law-abiding Nigerians to be very vigilant in their towns, villages and homes at this stage of the war against insurgency is highly strategic and a decisive political decision required to actualize both the political and military objectives of the war towards the ultimate endstate of restoring peace and stability to Katsina State
Mazoji also assured the Minister that people of Matazu and Musawa as well as Katsina state would continue praying for her to finish her assignments succefully.
